Tonight we had fajitas and my husband wanted queso with tortilla chips as well. When I got the bag down, he turned his nose up saying they were "old" - I bought them Saturday. But, I remembered seeing your post and I told him I had an idea. Quickly read your post grabbed some extra tortillas out of the freezer and cooked 'em up. Now he says he would rather have them this way - it IS cheaper and fresher so thanks bunches!
